The VYA Verified Standard
The VYA Verified badge is not self-reported. Every vendor who displays it has passed a multi-step verification process before their profile goes live in any community.
When a resident sees the VYA Verified badge, they know the provider has been checked — and their HOA has endorsed that provider for their specific neighborhood.
Active state and local licensing confirmed — updated annually.
General liability and workers' comp documentation required.
Identity and criminal background screening for all providers.
Tax documentation confirms a legitimate, accountable business.
