Terms & Conditions 

  • Website completion will take a number of working days to complete. Please mention your package properly while contacting us.
  • Content should be provided from the client side.
  • The logo should be provided from the client side. If you want your logo to be designed, please contact us.
  • A signature line will be embedded at the bottom of your website. If you wish to remove it, there will be an additional cost.
  • All the websites will be SEO optimized. If you want result-oriented and ranking-based optimized designs, then take our SEO Plan as an addon with the website.
  • The client is always responsible for their website contents, such as text and database. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding this.
  • The hosting and domain prices displayed on our website may change. We reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade the prices for hosting, domain, and other products/services.
  • Repeated changes in content will incur additional charges.

Report Abuse Policy

eWebWorld provides a platform to express ideas and business details easily. If abusive behavior occurs, we want to make it easy for people to report it to us. Users can take a screenshot of the abuse or violation of our policy and share the details with us via email at info@ewebworld.in. We will try our best to address the issue as soon as possible.

Anyone can report abusive behavior directly via email or support ticket.

What happens after I submit a report?

After you submit a report, you will see a confirmation message alerting you that we received your report (it may take up to 24 hours before you receive a message). We will review the reported account. If we determine that the account violates our policies, we will take action (ranging from a warning to permanently suspending the staff member). You will receive a follow-up notification if we need more information from you or when we take action on the reported member.

Acceptable Usage Policy

eWebWorld supports a system where all services and information should remain within the company and the client. We do not support our clients sharing pricing or package details with others.

The information we collect during registration on our portal will strictly be used for your business growth and information, which may include a few promotional offers related to eWebWorld.

In general, acceptable use means respecting the rights of other users, the integrity of the facilities, and contractual agreements. If an individual is found in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, eWebWorld will take disciplinary action, including restricting or even losing project financing. A serious violation could result in more severe consequences. Individuals are also subject to laws governing many interactions, and these policies and laws are subject to change as government laws evolve.

Acceptable Use

  1. You may use the website, application, or marketing for your business or commercial purpose.
  2. You may not use another individual’s account or customer information mentioned as a portfolio or part of our design for your individual use.
  3. You are individually responsible for the appropriate use of all resources provided to you, including files, server cPanel or Plesk Panel, email IDs, and the website admin panel. Therefore, if you misuse the system, you will be solely responsible.
  4. The company is bound by contractual and license agreements respecting certain third-party resources; you are expected to comply with all such agreements when using such resources.
  5. You should make a reasonable effort to protect your passwords and secure resources against unauthorized use or access. You must configure hardware and software to reasonably prevent unauthorized users from accessing eWebWorld servers and computing resources.
  6. You must not attempt to access restricted portions of the system, operating system, security software, or other administrative applications without appropriate authorization.
  7. You must comply with the policies and guidelines for any specific set of resources to which you have been granted access. If other policies are more restrictive than this policy, the more restrictive policy takes precedence.
  8. Using automated tools or software on the website or server is not considered ethical. If you use any automated tool to fill out the form or generate fake traffic, it may cause your website to be shut down.
  9. If we use our credit card to purchase resources for you, no other purchases should be processed, and the credentials will not be shared in that scenario.

Standard Refund Terms 

If any service is purchased from eWebWorld, it may be refunded only if canceled within the following timeframe:

  • Website Design Plans: Clients are responsible for purchasing their domain and hosting services. Once provided, our team will work on the purchased domain and hosting. For Shopify projects, clients must create their own Shopify account and share the necessary credentials for us to proceed.
  • Mobile Application Plans: Clients are required to pay for their developer accounts on app stores (Android/Apple). These accounts must be set up and maintained by the client, and our team will work on the app using the provided account credentials.

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the specified refund timeframe. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
