HELLO VYA, LLC (“VYA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)\u00a0<\/span>operates<\/span>\u00a0a community vendor directory and amenity platform (the “Platform”) for residential HOA, COA, and apartment communities. Important: VYA is built on an opt-in model. We do not proactively collect your data. We only hold information you choose to provide when you voluntarily enroll or register on the Platform.       We collect the name, title, email, and phone number of the community manager or board member serving as the VYA liaison. We do not collect, request, or\u00a0<\/span>retain<\/span>\u00a0any community resident contact list under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        We share aggregate, anonymized adoption metrics with the HOA or community manager for the community you are enrolled in.
